Muli Paratha is a best alternative of plain chapati or roti. <br /> <br />Ingredients <br /> <br />2 to 3 Grated Raddish (Muli) <br />2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies <br />1 Tsp Coriander Seeds <br />1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Powder <br />1 Tsp Carom Seeds <br />Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves <br />Wheat Flour <br />Water <br />Salt To Taste <br /> <br />Method <br /> <br />-Take 2 to 3 grated Raddish and add salt to taste and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. <br />-Now squeeze the grated raddish with your palms and remove the excess water <br />-Add 2 finely chopped Greenn chillies, 1 Tsp Coriander seeds powder, 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds powder, 1 Tsp Carom seeds, finely chopped Coriander leaves and mix it well. <br />-Now stuff this mixture in a Chapati dough and roll it gently. <br />-Heat a pan and roast the Paratha and add ghee. <br /> <br />Delicious and yummy Muli Ka Paratha is ready to serve!
